April 9th - May 20th

This 6-week program is designed specifically for Paramount members to get stronger, leaner and even [more] awesome.   And, as a member, this program is free for you!!! 

You will receive 4 workouts each week that you can do at home or on the road, depending on your schedule.   Ryan and Megan designed these workouts to to be short (under 35 minutes), fun (they think so anyways), and incredibly effective (you'll get swole).  

In addition, we will be partnering with you to help you create S.M.A.R.T. goals for the duration of the program.  And, you'll also receive weekly habits and nutrition tips as a special member of our Paramount family.
