First Session Starts June 2nd
This 6-week program will combine body weight exercises, running & kettlebells to whip your body into shape. Alex is the opposite of a drill-sergeant and creates a fun, encouraging but challenging environment so you can exceed your goals. He will do pictures & some body composition measurements on the first and last day so you can see measurable results. Class is limited to 10 people to ensure you learn the proper form to maximize results and avoid injury.
- When: June 2nd - July 17th. Mon / Wed from 6PM - 7Pm and Sat from 9AM - 10AM
