Stay hydrated.  It's 24 ounces, so if you fill this up 4x a day, you're probably getting more than enough H20!

Great option for cardio & weight loss.  Start with jumping for 5-10 minutes with 30 seconds on and 30 seconds rest.

There are more affordable options for bands, but these are very high quality & you get 4 bands with various resistance levels.  Great for bootie exercises.

 

Basic foam roller.  If you don't have one yet, buy this guy asap!
