Sometimes you want to be part of a group. We get that. That’s why our small group training classes are large enough to provide an encouraging team atmosphere but are also small enough to give you the full attention of our trainers. These classes are adapted to your specific level of fitness, and they put a premium on perfecting form, increasing performance, and changing body composition.
Each class is broken up into three parts:
- Corrective Exercises and Skill Devevlopment
- Strength Training
We believe workouts should be fun, challenging, safe, and well thought out. This means we will challenge your mind and body in a varieties of ways including:
- Bodyweight Exercises
- Basic Strength Training
- Kettlebell Workouts
- Pushing a sled
- Jump Rope
- High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Functional Movement Screen
At Chicago-based Paramount Personal Training, we put a profound emphasis on methodically instilling proper motion (and thus preventing injuries). We achieve this through the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). Quite simply, this seven-movement screen identifies mobility issues that must be perfected for you to perfect your workouts. Based on our findings, we’ll apply our expertise to systematically correct your problems. While these changes might be incremental, the results will last a lifetime. And because the FMS will help you go years without injury, you’ll be able to hit your personal best, over and over and over again.
