Who we are

We’re trainers, coaches, friends, motivators, and, more importantly, we’re your teammates. That means we’re here for you. We believe there is no one-size-fits all solution to fitness and everyone should be able to learn and progress at their own pace.  At Paramount, our personal training experts help you reach your peak—and then go above it.


How are we different?

It is our goal to create a safe and supportive environment in which you can have fun, learn, work your butt off, and reach your goals. We strive to build you up as opposed to tear you down. We not only want you to go faster and farther, but we also want you to learn how to move better.

No matter which of our sessions you choose, you’ll get the personalized attention you need to address these areas. If you’re in a private session, you can be rest assured it’s all about you. And for group classes, it’s no problem either because we cap all sessions at 6 people.
